Product: HP LaserJet P4015n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This printer keeps printing directions on how to clear jams.  Why is this printing, and how can I stop these pages from printing?

When does it print these instructions? After every print job? Randomly? How are the rollers in the tray? Do you get the same behaviour when printing from all trays?

Randomly last week.  When trying to print 20 pages today, none of those pages printed.  Wondering if they still will print.
