Product: HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281FDW

Our less than 1 year old Laser Jet MFP M281 FDW has stopped working.  We cannot power it on.  We tried all things the virtual chat agent suggested.  I've now tried calling [edited] for support/assistance as these numbers were given to me by the retailer we purchased from and have been on hold each time 20-25 minutes and cannot reach a person.  We need assistance as this was a rather large expense for our small nonprofit.  HELP, PLEASE!!

Keep in mind that I do not work for HP and have to call sometimes as well. They are pretty busy right now and I know that waiting on hold can be painful but they do eventually get to everyone. As a side note, have you tried a different power cord, we recently had a client with a dead machine and it was actually the power cord that was bad, first time I have seen that kind of failure.
