LaserJet Pro MFP M130fw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer, an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M130fw, is printing the same document over and over again, in an endless loop. This is a text on Psychology. The printer will accept and print other documents but, as soon as it is idle, it reverts to printing the Psychology text again, in an endless loop.

I have tried turning the printer off and then on again, unplugging it from the wall for a day, clearing all jobs, stopping and restarting the net spooler. Nothing has worked.

My computer operates under Windows 10 64-bit.

Help! Could this be a virus??

Welcome to HP Support Forum. I think you need to remove the queue. For Windows, please try:

hold down the Windows key and press R.
from the Run window, type services.msc and hit enter.
if the machine asks for Admin you have to accept this,
look down to the print spooler service, right click it and select properties
    click on the Stop button,
browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\printers or C:\Windows\System\Spool\printers (this may be hidden)
delete the job inside this folder
    reboot the machine

Regards.

Is it a network printer???

If  it is a network printer then go to the network setting page(put the IP address of the printer in internet explorer and enter)

=Refresh the printer or reinstall the driver package
