HP LaserJet Pro MFP M426fdw

I Purchased the printer at Office Depot.  on 01252019, on Mid of Jun printing didn't work. 

printing quality as I attached, so that I returned to Office Depot to change it after I chat with office depot.  

They took it and returned to me again on 07/01/2019.

Please tell me what to do.

Have you reused paper? What your pictures appear to show is a config page and after that a printed page that appears to be random characters. Random characters are usually caused by wrong driver being used or a faulty cable. Can you clarify the problem as your post us not clear.

My office uses all three printers of the same type, and I don't use used paper.
This is the newest printer I've just presented, and I know how to use it. I ask you to exchange it with a new one.
