M402dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have purchase a new M402 today, plugged in, setup on network, everything printing fine.

Then I decided to install the latest firmware, after installing fine, now the printer network status says 'Network Cable Disconnected'. Nothing has changed from 10mins ago when it was picking up an IP (DHCP) and working, but now it give the above message.

I have downloaded and installed firmware gain, I have powered down and unplugged from wall, I have reset the device, still saying "Network Cable disconnected', when it is connected

We had the same issue with brand new unit we were setting up for a client. We RMA'd the unit, but I am wondeing if there is a glitch in the latest firmware. If you cannot RMA the unit, I would try downgrading the firmware to the previous version to see if that frees it up.
