I am a notary public.

I have one PDF file that include legal and letter size documents and want to print the complete file without stopping at each change in paper size, note, the legal and letter are mixed throughout the file. Printer has 2 paper trays.   I tried changing the setting, but do not worked. Please let me know how to setup.

Make sure of the following:

1. make sure that on the printer the trays are configured properly with letter and legal size. Have a size of any on a tray is going to stop this from working

2. When you go to print, make sure that the "select size based on PDF is selected.

3. Then click on properties, printing shortcuts and set paper source to "Printer Auto Select"
