Product: HP laserjet 2015dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer stays in initialisation mode. The three lights blink and does not go to the Ready state. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

I already check the manual and I could not find a solution.Control-panel light messages.PNG

This printer model is known for its bad main electronics.

 

There are some instruction videos on YT how to bake mainboard from this printer in the oven that might help, replacing the mainboard will fix your printer for sure.
