Hello Caverman3,
To confirm that the printer is connected to the Router using a Ethernet Cable ( Wired connection ) .
Wanted to know how many PCs print to this computer ?
If more than 1 PC prints to this printer, then kindly check if there is any print job stuck in the other PC.
We may also try changing the printer address to STATIC/MANUAL IP settings.
- Hit Wrench > Scroll to Network Setup > TCP IP CONFIG > Select MANUAL and key in the Printer IP address and then hit OK
- check if Yes is selected and then hit OK.
Now you may try printing and also leave it for an hour or so and then try printing.

Jabzi,
Right now there is only one computer printing to this printer and I am the only user, so there are no outstanding print jobs. Also, the network cable is not connected to the system.
I tried to start the printer to adjust for static ip address, but it is not cooperating. It only gets to 2 bars upon power up, or power on and does not respond to a Permanent reset request. Basically, the printer is non-responsive.
The fault needs to be identified from the symptoms provided. Software will not fix this.
Hopefully, someone else on the forum will have some ideas of what to try next.
Thanks again for your help.
