Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The touchscreen on my MFP276 color laser printer is unresponsive. I tried the different methods of powering it down and restarting, but it makes no difference. Tilting the screen to different angles does not help either. Any ideas?

Some older firmware revisions had issues with bad power causing touch screen to freeze. Make sure that your firmware is up to date as a first step.

I was told to do a factory reset. This is a bad idea if the touchscreen is not working. How does one get out of factory reset mode?
