When the printer is ready, press and hold the Wireless button and the Info button on the printer control panel at the same time, then release after one second.
Then check the printer's Wi-Fi Direct name and Wi-Fi Direct password on the printed configuration page.

Phone operations are as follows:

1. Go to Settings – Wi-Fi, connect to the printer's Wi‑Direct network, and enter the password.
2. Open a browser on your phone (not an in-app browser).Type 192.168.223.1 in the browser’s address bar and press Enter.

Once you enter the printer’s web management page, go to Network – Wireless 802.11 – Setup Wizard, reconnect to your wireless router, and enter the password to join the Wi‑Fi network.

Then reinstall and open the HP Smart app on your phone, add the printer, and test printing. Thank you.
