Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computers and mobiles connect to Virgin router OK  but the printer "lost it"- nothing changed. Both existing for ages.

I've followed the protocols and wizard with no success. I think it is WPS related.  The router WPS is different to the one that printers shows. How to I change the the WPS on the printer to match the router? Also my printer Password is no longer recognised. Help, I'm locked down and run out of ideas!

To better assist you - 

 

What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?

Is your printer connected to a home or public network?

I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band? 

Is your printer asking for an administrator user name and password?
