Hi @JG-0204,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that your printer indicates that it has ink but is not printing, there are several possible causes and solutions to explore. Here's a step-by-step guide to help resolve this issue:

Check Ink Cartridge Status:

  • Even if the printer indicates it has ink, there might still be issues such as clogged nozzles or incorrect cartridge installation. Remove the cartridges and reinstall them to ensure they are seated properly.

Perform Printer Troubleshooting:

  • Use your printer's built-in diagnostics tool to troubleshoot any errors. Many HP printers have a button labeled "Maintenance" or "Setup" where you can choose options like "Clean Printhead" or "Align Cartridges."

Check Printer Connections:

  • Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer. If using a USB connection, try using a different port or cable. For wireless connections, ensure there is a stable and active network connection.

Restart Printer and Computer:

  • Turn off both your printer and computer, unplug them from the power source for a minute, and then turn them back on.

Update Printer Software and Drivers:

  • Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model. Updating drivers can solve many functional issues.

Take care and have an amazing day!
