We are having problems printing on letterhead paper. The issues comes when we try to print double sided. The first page prints on the back, and the second page prints on the front. I know there is a reverse printing option in Microsoft Word, but I want to create a printing shortcut on our print server that would solve this problem in one step. If I go into printer properties, and select "Print on both sides: Yes, flip over", and then go to the "Advanced" tab and change "Front to Back" to say "Back to Front", it gives me the error saying "Page Order is constrained by Duplex feature. Page order will be set to 'Front to Back'". Is there a workaround for this? Thanks

You will probably resolve your problem if you turn on alternative letterhead mode.
