Product: hp m254dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The color printing is fuzzy or has a shadowed effect.  The black print looks fine.  Pictures are awful.  I updated the firmware.  Any help?

OEM or third party cartridges? You could try to forcing a calibration to see if that helps.

HP Recommended

This problem was on a brand new printer.  After HP support tried to help,  I was advised to return the printer for replacement.   2nd one works well.
