Hi, I would like to send back my old toners for recycling but I am not able to print a label. i go through the steps and the system advises me to print a labelbut doesnt give me access to do so. when i search "print a label" it brings me to a page with questions about printing errors. that is not what I am looking for. I have tried in two different browers and have tried when signed in and signed out of my account. Since this new system of printing your own labels has come into effect I have not been able to get a label, therefore the toners are not being recycled.
Thank you
Tina

If you are asking about the same "toner return" that you asked about in February, I started the process from my USA location and found the following in the instructions:
Before you order, did you know that you can return your HP Ink or LaserJet cartridges to an HP Authorized Retail Collection Location?
Print or order postage-paid shipping materials or arrange a pallet pickup to return your Original HP printing supplies. We'll help you select the shipping materials you need. If you need additional help, please contact the HP Planet Partners call center at 1-800-340-2445.
I stopped the process at this point.

If, at any time during the process, the label is displayed on the computer screen, consider
- Take a Snip of the label,
- Save the image to your computer,
- Open the image in your photo / image software,
- Print the image.
Snip – available since Vista! Check out the “delay” feature in Windows 10
