Printing blank pages

From other posts / I’m trying to find the laser unit on m1212nf?? It’s printing and scanning blank pages

There is a pin when opening the top cover you'll see it which used to insert into the opposite area to open the laser scanner's door.

If the pin is broken everything you print / copy / scan out all will be blank and does'nt have any error message.

Check to see if it is there or not if ther's not insert a paper into the hole to keep the laser door opening it will be fine.

I'll give you the pictures to show up where the pin and hole are, they're not on the M1212 but all the same.

thank you for taking the time to help me. I checked to see / sending one pic of the flap and the white piece on the other side it fits into. Seem like it’s intact?

It's there in your picture so it is not the problem which i'm thinking.

Did you try to print dirrectly from printer's inner reports from front button? Are they blank too?

Change another print cartridge to see if it's the issue.

Yes, when I try to print reports from the menu on the front of the printer those pages are blank too.

I tried 2 different new cartridges because it was working fine one day/ then blank. I am at a loss - thanks for you help, keep the suggestions coming if you can think of any more.
