Hi Savagegrace,
Since the admin group removed your image, this might take a couple of passes. Let me try. Dirty images usually means one of two things. Either the background is high, which means there is lots of uniformly distributed random toner dots on the entire page. OR, periodic or structured stuff on the image like lines in the direction of printing, bands across the page, or periodic dots down the page. Each of these has a different fix. For a first suggestion, please find in the control panel under setup and service the cleaning page. Execute this to clean stuff off the fuser that usually might cause repeating stuff down the page. Second, make sure you are using Genuine HP cartridges. Non HP cartridges often leak toner and cause what look like dirty prints.
Finally, if you can provide another image that doesn't contain personal info, we can more easily identify the problem and get you back to better printing. Dovid
