Lenovo Thinkcentre
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Dear Support team,

i have problem with my printer message. When I am trying to print specefic color PDF documents containing diagrams, instead the below mentioned error message is printing:

Pcl xl error

subsystem   : KERNEL

Error              : illegalattribute

File Name     : kerlib.c

Line Number: 8958

I am using HP Laserjet CP1525N color model printer, trying to print PDF format documents and my Lenovo Thinkcentre computer has Windows 7 professional 32-bit desktop version with Pentium Dual-core CPU E5700 3.00 GHz processor.

Please suggest for solution?

Regards,

@Shuv2, Welcome to HP Support Community!

It sounds like you may have a document with a character the printer cannot understand stuck in the print spooler.

To resolve this,

Go to:

http://hp.com/go/tools

After that, download and run the Print and Scan Doctor tool, this should clear the print spooler.

If you are using the PCL6 driver, try using the PCL5 or PostScript driver, configure the printer and try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
