Printer print fade on the side I check everything and I think it the roller not getting ink.

This is a brand new ink cartage too. I have use this printer for a couple of year and I don't think
I ever replace this part, could that be a problem?

The part you are holding has nothing to do with print quality but is the waste ink collection unit. If you are getting fading on one side, typically right side of page then your printer may be experiencing Black in fade, which is caused by pigment in the ink settling to the bottom of the print head and restricting the flow of ink. Unfortunately once the head is clogged there are no HP endorsed methods to clear the Black Ink fade issue.

Okay thanks for letting me know, It thought this was the roller and cause the line matches up with where the ink is faded
