Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The printer has duplex capability.  It can print double sided from computers and copies.  

 

But when printing a file (PDF for example) from a plugged in USB drive, double sided does not appear to be an option.  Is this something that needs to be turned on somewhere in the config?  If not, can this be a request for a future firmware update?

I found out you can set usb printing to double sided through web services by forcing duplex to be on as default.  This will make all USB print jobs double sided (until you connect to web services and turn off duplex as default)

 

HP, if you're listening, it wouldn't seem that monumental of a task to add an on screen print option when printing from USB to be able to select single or double sided ouitput.

Hi,

Walk-Up USB Prinitng does not support two sided printing with any current HP printer.
