HP P4014 Laserjet Tray 1 Manual feed keeps asking to press "Ok" to print job

More details please. Are you trying to print to tray 1 or are tray 2 print jobs being redirected?

Issue is when sending any print jobs to tray1 only tray2 is okay - this is a network printer - Thank You

Check the configuration settings for tray 1. There should be a setting for "prompt unless already loaded" . Also make sure that the users are sending the job to tray 1 and not MP tray. It is the same tray of course but treated differently by driver.
