Printing issue

My HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301 is printing black marks along both edges of page, even when I print a completely blank page. I've already run the printer's cleaning/maintenance procedure, but the marks are still there. I think there may be tone buildup or an issue with the paper path, rollers or transfer system. Could you help me troubleshoot this and is it possible to send a technician to check my printer?

Remove the black toner cartridge and look at the bottom. If you see the black lines on the cartridge itself then likely it is bad. Black lines on the edges are typically either cartridge as above or a failed fuser assembly.
