Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! Im not able to print on my printer. Toner is low and the indicator is blinking. But not able to print test page also. Had run doctor scan everything is fine but test page is not ticked and also not able to print. Plz help.

 Toner low indicator is blinking means that color needed to be replaced before you can print.

Check it on the manual.

I don’t have the manuals. Apart from tonner indicator blinking there is also error signal also blinking. There is enough of black ink but still I'm not able to print in black n white.

Download manuals from HP it's free.

Any one of four toner cartridge is empty then CP1215 will stop working until you replace the one blinking.
