Good evening,
Hoping someone can help me with this issue. My company has an hp E87650 and they were having some black smearing going on, I ended up swapping out the drum unit and the smearing went away, but now I got sort of vertical lines at an angle on all the pages. A co-worker had me check the transfer belt for damage and the fuser for the lines, I did get to see the lines on a roller underneath the transfer belt area, I think it was the black developer. Anyways, I gently put the transfer belt back and itb cleaner back ( they looked fine) and I'm still getting the same lines and now I'm getting paper jams on every print attempt. It's driving me crazy. I'll attach a sample of what it was printing before the printer started jamming and can't print anymore. If you have some advice please let me know I'd be so grateful. Thank you in advance Cesar

Hi Collazoscesar,
Based on the image you provided I'd say this is a bad black developer unit.

Thanks for your quick suggestion, I had my company order a new one the other day still waiting for it to arrive. I dug deeper into the unit and seen this on the black developer and it had all those blemishes on it.
I was wondering what could cause that. Let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks again for your help
