Hi @Irfansaleem,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand that you are experiencing misprints on your HP LaserJet 107a printer can be caused by various issues, such as paper jams, incorrect paper settings, or hardware malfunctions. Here's how you can troubleshoot these problems:

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Power off the printer and unplug it.
  • Open any accessible doors and carefully remove any jammed paper. Ensure no remnants are left inside.
  • Close the covers securely and power on the printer.

Verify Paper and Settings:

  • Ensure that the paper loaded in the tray matches the type and size setting in the printer's software.
  • Adjust the paper-width guides to fit the paper without it being too tight.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Visit the Official HP® Support to check for any available driver updates for the HP LaserJet 107a.
  • Download and install the latest drivers to ensure compatibility and improved performance.

Check Toner Cartridge:

  • Make sure the toner cartridge is installed correctly and not empty or damaged.
  • If necessary, replace it with a new HP 107A Black Original Laser Toner Cartridge.

Calibrate the Printer:

  • Access the printer settings from your computer and choose the option to calibrate the printer. This process can help align the print heads for better quality.

Perform a Printer Reset:

  • Sometimes, resetting the printer can resolve false errors and misalignments.
  • Power off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait a minute, plug it back in, and turn it on.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
