M608n
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I work as the technology specialist for a store of a regional retailer and need to print with the duplex feature. The guy who installed the printer said it wouldn't be an issue and that it's just the settings. I've looked through the settings on the printer itself and can't find anything indicating that type setting change. When I choose the "print on both sides" option it doesn't change anything. Thank you

Hi,

Automatic duplexing is not supported by the M608n printer, only manual duplex capabiltieis are offered by the software for the specific model, its hardware do not support auto duplex printing.

I read your answer for the other printer. I have a 8740 Office InkJet Pro that suppose to do automatic duplex printing, but it does not. You have to manually turn the page. And I always get it wrong, and it is upside down. This is a brand new printer, and I am very disappointed with it. If I wasen't a senior citizen on a fixed income I would get one from another company. I can't find any numbers so I can talk to someone on the phone. My 8500 series printed on both sides automatically. If you know where I can find a number to speak with some one, let me know, it will be appreciated.
