HP JaserJet CP1025 color
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to print any colored image it always comes out in shades of yellow, no other colors.

However test page prints all colors fine, displays all cartridges at 100%.

So I know it's software issue because my cartridges are ok. And it printed fine 3 months ago.

I have tried:

  • Taking cartridges out, looking at them and putting back in. Yellow and magenta look identical.
  • Using other clean computer with freshly installed drivers (same windows 10) and it's still is yellow shades.

How do I make it print in all colors?

Try this it may help.

There's a solenoid seats behind right cover and besides a motor.

Learn that from the youtube.

But i don't think you need to take the metal cover off to get to the solenoid like what's done  in the youtube.

You only have to move the black plastic away a bit to make yourself easy to put into the V-shape paper and that's will be good enough.

Just put a piece of V-shape paper into the solenoid's open side and the paper itself can't too thick to make the solenoid open/close freely.

How is this related to my issue? Printer on the video has wrong colors on test page. My test page is fine, all colors present. Printing of actual images is broken.
