Hello  Everyone

 

Yesterday  the  LCD screen of the printer shows Firmware Corrupt Ready 2 Download

 

i  searched in google  and followed all the steps to repair it , but  it  didnt solve my case .

 

The problem is after i send the firmware to the printer using the HP Firmware Update , it is Showing in the printer " Downloading ====> then  Erasing===> "  only  and then  it stuck  in Erasing .....

 

I kept it for one day , the next day when i came to work i saw no progress .

 

I know it should be   like this :- first  Downloading  then Erasing and finally Progrmming.

 

But my Printer Stuck on Erasing .

 

Is there  any way to solve this problem ????

 

Please i need help .

Likely a bad formatter board. If the instructions to push the firmware do not resolve the issue,  you will likely have to replace the formatter .

Where i can find the formater ????  can  i find it in E-bay or Amazon ?  can you give a link  ???
