Microsoft Windows XP

Hello, i have problem with the fuser M601 , the fuser is distorts the image. the problem is  the ink is adhere to the fuser.

 

the firts picture you will see the sheet printed  and never went through  fuser with the purpose  test and the second picture you will see the problem , fuser is distorting the image. anyone knows how to fix that?

Hi adalberto1,

 

How many pages have you printed so far with this fuser ?

Make sure that you use the correct settings for paper size and paper type. These must match with the paper you are using.

Remove the fuser and inspect its cylinder surface for any damage on its film.

Does this problem happen on all pages (eg. configuration page, supplies page) ?
