Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M426fdw
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave
I am trying to install the new firmware update for my LaserJet MFP M426fdw. The Updater is not locating my printer even though it is connected and working. The dial just spins and spins. Anyone have any idea how to overcome this?

What I did was go to HP Utility. Print out a configuration page for your printer. In the upper right under Product Settings it will give you a "1Pv4" address. In the Updater click on Manual Configuration and use that address. Hope this helps.
