Hello, I've had this printer for quite some time and everything seemed to work fine, until a few months later I couldn't print through my wireless, neither in my laptop nor android. I tried installing the printer again and it worked that day, but the same happened when I tried to print again later that week.

The display on my printer has the 'ready light' and 'wireless light' on (not blinking), and when I check on the status of the printer it says it's connected. (I have all my devices and the printer connected to the same wifi - not wifi direct).

I'm not an expert in technology so if someone could help me, in the plainest English you could, please do so. THANKS!

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting printer connectivity issue.

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Update the printer firmware
