Hi there

I have af problem with my HP LaserJet Enterprise flow 500 MFP M525.

2 - 3 times a day, I get the error code "46.A1.01 Error", and the screen tells me to shut of the printer, and then just restart.

 

Well - it works, but its very annoying, cause I keep getting this error, and the printer doesn't tell anything about, what could be the matter.

When the printer is rebootet (wich takes forever), the print job that "might" have caused the problem - prints without any problems, when I send it again.

 

Does anybody have an idea, as to what the problem might be ?

I had the same issue. For me the solution was to avoid any switch with low capacity that divide LAN signal. I had this error because my printer was plugged into 100 Mb switch, so I decided to plug it directly into main 1Gb switch panel in server room. Since then error 46.A1.01 never show up again.
