Laserjet Cp1025

Hello, 

I have some problem with my Laserjet Cp1025.

I work on Mac macOS big sur 11.1


I can see the printer in the system preference > printer settings. If I try on the forniture print page to print a sample page it works fine, but when I try to using the printer from program (es. word, illustrator, acrobat reader) the printer does not working. 

the error on the error on the printer queue is 'filter' non riuscito
By using another mac, with an older operating system all work fine.
Unfortunately, for work, I cannot switch for printing documents.

 

I tryed to use the software HP easy start, but... no miracle for today.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print from your Mac computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you remove the printer completely from your Mac. Then download the driver from the below link and add the printer again and check whether the issue is resolved.

Thanks for your feedback. 

I tried to download and install the tool. Unfortunately, the tool says to me: No device found. 

The plug and play, anyway, found the printer at the moment that I've connected the printer.

Hello,

I tried again to proceed with your suggestion using hp Easy start. 

I had success on the first step. The printer is found and I can find  on the interface. 

Unfortunately when I click on the printer, the tool displays an error. No driver found for this print.

The printer still not works as you can see on the print screen... 😞

HI, 

Yes, I gone to system preference > printers and scanners and I removed it. 

But, as you can see from my screenshot seems unavailable the driver...

Can we find a solution? maybe a direct link to a driver page could be awesome

I recommend you contact support to further diagnose the issue.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

I have same problem!

Do you have a new driver for Big Sur 11.2 ?

 

The printer only work if I connect it to a Mac with OSX High Sierra and share it

 

Please make this printer work directly with Big Sur on new Mac with M1 chip!
