Thank you for your reply.

1. In both cases - print or copy is the same - toner on left side of paper.

2. I can not decide wich case is equal to my - none of them looks

like my print result...

All of them has text and some problem, but my case did not have text.

Hi @cekata345, I am the Mr.Robot. It looks like you were interacting with @Betty0610, but he is out of the office today, so I'll take over from here.

I appreciate your efforts for writing back to us.

Have you tried checking with a different toner cartridge?

As you mentioned the issue persists while printing or copying from your printer.

Try updating the printer firmware and check if it helps.

Update the printer firmware using this link. Click Here

Try few steps recommended below and check if it helps.

Clean the ADF rollers

Dust or paper residue on the rollers or separator pad inside the automatic document feeder (ADF) can result in copy quality issues.

  1. Gather the following materials:

    • A clean, lint-free cloth, or any cloth that does not come apart or leave fibers

    • Distilled, filtered, or bottled water (tap water might damage the printer)

  2. Remove the original document from the ADF.

  3. Turn the printer off, disconnect the power cord, and then open the ADF cover.

  4. Find any paper pick rollers and the separator pad inside the ADF. These parts have a rubber covering.

Paper pick rollers and separator pad in the ADF

  5. Lightly dampen the cloth with the water, squeeze any excess liquid from the cloth, and then wipe any residue off the rollers and separator pad.

  6. Leave the ADF cover open for two minutes to allow the parts to dry, and then close the cover.

  7. Reconnect the power cord, turn on the printer, and then start a copy job.

Reset the printer and check the power source

Reset the printer to clear certain error states by calibrating the copier mechanism, and then check the power source to confirm the printer is getting enough power to operate the copier.

  1. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already on.

  2. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  3. Disconnect the power cord from the power source, and then wait 60 seconds.

  4. If you previously connected the power cord to a power strip or multi-plug outlet adapter, reconnect the cord directly to a wall outlet to ensure the printer is getting enough power.

  5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer, and then turn on the printer.

  6. If you have an HP DeskJet 3700 series printer, calibrate the scanner after resetting the printer.

  7. Load the original document or photo, and then start a copy job.

Upload another picture here with top cover open and take cartridge out.

It'd better of the picture can see bottom / left / back / right side of the inside of M1132.

I give you mine - M1132 to see if there's any difference with yours.

Maybe someone here can help you with all these information.

And take another more pictures of toner cartridge with its cover open to see the drum clearly.

@cekata345, Thanks for your prompt response and time.

I appreciate your efforts for writing back to us.

As you mentioned the issue still persists after trying out the steps.

It certainly a hardware issue with your printer.

I will share you few details through a private message about the service options dedicated to your printer.
