Sorry, I guess the video has now been taken down, since it is for a very old product. You can find something like it on YouTube

This is labeled as an HP video and shows the missing color iussue and how to move the small alienation pin under the cartridge to make it work. You really only have to watch from 1:55 to the end to see how to do it, the rest is how to tell which cartridge.
