HP Laser jet pro M12V
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer is HP laser jet pro m12w.it is connected to wifi and normally printing. The problem is I can’t get a claim code because There is no print information and I can’t enable hp e-print  in hp web services on EWS because it doesn’t  exist on the webpage how it is said in Instructions. I followed all the instructions but when I need to click print info - it prints anything but claim code. You can try. It doesn’ want to enable on ews.  Where can I find the claim code? It needs me for mobile printing.. Also I can film a video if needed? Thanks in advance.

Hi @ludidasa

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "claim code not printing"

Try a power reset on the printer-

Reset the product

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  1. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  4. Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  5. Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Try the steps in the document -Cannot Connect to Web Services and Having Trouble Claiming Your Printer?

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
