win 7=%temp% + Hz (check all folders starting with this 2 letters) open one at a time in case is more than one) look for util + CCC then scroll down to uninstall_l_1 click on it and follow the instruccions,after finish computer reboot, do this again for the uninstal1,2,3 &4 in each folders, then download the instalation program and that's it everything start again as my genius said!!!! This is to uninstall the all in one printer and programs that come with it.

Why doesn't HP fix their problems instead forcing customers to go through all this rigamarole? This and the "black ink doesn't print" problems are well-known, yet HP assumes no responsibility to issue fixes.

Finally found the solution after hours of issues trying to get my install to complete - i had added anti virus software a few months back and it was causing the issue.  After i turned it off, the install worked fine!
