Problems after firmware update m15w

After the firmware update the printer doesn't work any longer. The ready LED blinks and the printer cannot connect to the wifi network. Also by USB the printer cannot be connected to the PC.

Firmware date is: Nov 13, 2020

Try to re-send firmware through USB connected and holp it'll save it back.

If it doesn't work then you need to replace the formatter.

Impossible. The printer cannot be connected neither by wifi nor by USB.

Yes, it can't print anything but the computer knows someone is behind the usb cable, re-send firmware is your only chance or else you'll have to replace the formatter.

When sending firmware you'll see something change on M15w's lights flushing if you can't see anything changed then you need to change the usb connected port in printer property from usb001 to ..002 ..003 then press apply.

If that's the right usb port selected then you'll see printer's panel lights flashing and wait its ending and wish it'll after that, if not seeing anything change on the panel then change to another usb port in printer property if there is and goes on all these process until every usb00? tried.
