Every time I try to print on A5 card (notes view from PPT, all printer settings are set to A5) I can print one page and then get a 'cleaning' message.  I have to then cancel and move to next page and repeat, so I have to print a page at a time and cancel and reset in between each one.  If I try and print more than one page then after the cleaning message it simply goes back and prints the page again, over and over.  I have managed to do this before and it's been fine but now it is impossible. Any suggestions.

I can offer limited advice / suggestions on the subject:

Assuming the Full Solution Software is installed and working as expected,

The printer may need attention.

The only thing I can find that mentions anything related to a "cleaning message" is covered in the following document:

 Fixing Poor Print Quality

The solutions are presented in the order to be completed.

Cleaning is covered in Step 7 and continues in Step 8

Hopefully something will help before you get to the last option (Service)

and / or

If the error is only presenting when using A5 paper, consider that the issue is perhaps due to the paper itself.

For example,

Paper might be too dry, too damp, wrinkled, sticky, or otherwise unsuitable.
