Issue: The printer was working normally last successful print was 5 days ago. Today I tried to print and found it completely powered off. Pressing the power button does nothing; no lights, no sound, no fan activity.

Troubleshooting already completed, no change:

  1. Confirmed the wall outlet works (tested with another device)
  2. Tried a different wall outlet, plugged directly (not through a power strip/surge protector)
  3. Inspected the power cable  no visible damage, fully seated at both ends
  4. Full power cycle: unplugged the cable from the printer itself, waited 60 seconds, reconnected, held the power button for 5–10 seconds
  5. No response of any kind (no click, no fan spin, no light) when powered
  6. The printer appears completely dead with no sign of receiving power. I understand this is likely outside the standard 1-year warranty. Please advise on next steps — repair options, service centers, or replacement parts (e.g., power supply).
