Hi Kettles,
There is a known issue with a "ghost" jam error on P3015's. If you want to fix it, please tell us the error code on the screen.

Well, obviously, now I've talked about replacing it, it's behaving itself, BUT, it had been saying there was a jam in Tray 1 (which, of course, there wasn't - no jams anywhere, I checked) - the paper-width adjusters in Tray 1 were rattling when I asked it to print (stopped now), whether I'd requested print from there, or from Tray 2, no idea why....

Well, to answer your other question:
The printer that has substituted P3015 is M506.
There are many version of M506 depending on your needs:
- M506n : ethernet port
- M506dn: ethernet port, duplex pritning
- M506x: wireless, ethernet port, duplex printing, extra tray (#3)

2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
