Can anyone help please with the above question. I need to realign the colour printer head on my HP 1215 but the printer dialogue box doesn't include this facility? Getting frustrated! I see a common problem in the message below that was unresolved.

Hey there! @Martin323, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you have print quality issues with your printer and you are unable to perform a colour calibration.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Have you tried checking with a different toner cartridge?
Please share the operating system you are running on your PC to assist you better.
To answer your query the laserjet printers do not have printhead it uses toner.
Try uninstalling the printer software from your PC and install the printer basic drivers and check if it helps. (Only Windows)
In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
Close Devices and Printers.
Update the printer basic drivers using this link. Click Here
If you experience any print-quality problems, calibrate the product.
1. Open the HP Color LaserJet CP1210 Series Toolbox. See View HP Color LaserJet CP1210 Series Toolbox on page 43.
2. Click the Device Settings folder, and then click the Print Quality page.
3. In the area for Color Calibration, click Calibrate to calibrate the product immediately.
