I have had this issue with my HP Laserjet 200 MFP m276nw every since applying the new firmware from May 2019. My computer will no longer connect to the printer to apply he firmware and with the white screen I can't navigate to update the firmware from the printer directly. Is there a way to load this software on a USB drive?
