HP Recommended

After doing everything as suggested several times over and trying several times via HP virtual assist app unsuccessfully, being just referred to chat assist, I finally managed to get a proper connection that let me go through the process. Going through the prompts fixed the problem.  Not sure if the Virtual assist was out for some reason during the big storm or due to repairs. Happy the little printer is working now and keeping fingers crossed.
