I just changed Internet providers (still have both connected), need to change printer to new router. I have spent hours attempting to do so, but do not even know where to find the "Wireless Settings Menu". Sigh...I am surprised I even got this far to ask a question. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank-you kindly. 🙂

Hi @TampaBayGal

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

We need to first connect the printer to a computer using a USB and then convert the wired connection to wireless as the printer does not have a control panel to enter the Wi-Fi password.

Refer to this document for steps.

If the issue still persists, try re-installing the printer driver -

1) In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program".
2) Look for HP Printer software.
3) Right-click to uninstall.
4) In the search box, type and open “Devices and printers”.
5) In the Devices and Printers, look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose “Delete” or “Remove Device”.
6) Open the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”).
8) Click on the "Drivers" tab.
9) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click “Remove” at the bottom.
10) Select Ok.
11) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows.
12) Close Devices and Printers Once the software and drivers are removed.
13) Restart the computer.
14) Download and install the software and drivers from here.
15) Click on the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

Let me know how that goes.

Asmita, thank-you for the detailed post. I was afraid to delete anything for fear of not being able to use the printer again. I called the HP 800# and was told by the rep that my printer was too old (2009) to support 5G (even though it has been on Verizon 5G for 2-years). So, with help from Google, I connected printer USB  and managed on my own to get printer set-up with new 5G  (Spectrum)...not sure what the HP rep was talking about, unless he just didn't want to help. So, it's working...all's good. Thank-you for your help!
