Hi,

 

for whatever reason, the link provided on the recycling page to https://recycle.ext.hp.com/supplies/?process=land&country=ch&language=de&&jumpid=in_r138_us/en/corp/... (recycling for Switzerland) returns a 403 error. It doesn't matter if I'm signed in or not.

 

May be I'm missing something here... but I'm simply trying to print-off the address tag to send 3 cartriges back for recycling.

 

Any hint/help is appreciated. Thx!

Maybe a temporary error, try again tomorrow and if it still does not work, then you may need to call them.
