Red Dots appearing all over print page

Red Dots appear on the print page. When you print a black and white report from Quickbooks red ink all over it.

When I print color reports from computer files some are good and some are night. I went thru the cleaning process and calibrated ink cartridges but to no avail. Called HP and they were no help. Told me that someone would call me back in 20 minutes, I called backed after 50 minutes customer service rep hung up on me. Very poor customer service. My next step would to replace the cartridge. Did anyone experience the same problems.

Red Dots appear on the print page always means that the magenta cartridge is bad need to be replaced.

But before you replace it you can give it a try by empty the waste toner container first.

If it still doesn't work you have no choice but to replace it.
