Product: HP color laserjet CM1312NFI MFP

Hello,

When making an order of printing 2 copies of 1 paper from laptop, the printer prints the first one and the second paper get jammed and not getting out from paper container.

What is the problem?! And what can I do at home?

HP Recommended

Dirty or worn pick-up roller needed to be cleaned or replaced.

If you have never changed it before then it's the time for you to do it.
