Requesting instructions for NVRAM reset

Hello, according to the thread here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/LaserJet-Printing/Color-Laserjet-Pro-MFP-M177fw-will-not-leave-the-HP-...  , the last step if nothing else works is to perform an NVRAM reset. I'm getting a Scanner Error 13.
