Hi! I need to reset the printer to connect to a different Wi-Fi network. I understand the process is specific for the printer and needs to be sent as a PM by the tech staff. Thanks!

Try to turn the printer OFF, press and hold resume/cancel button turn printer ON, keep resume/cancel button pressed all the time for 20 seconds.

Thanks! I'll try this. Read somewhere that the reset process might damage another printer (of a different model) and that's why it is only sent out by tech staff members.

You can use a temporary USB connection to connect your printer to new wi-fi.
